Centralizing inventory, receivables, and book-closing for a trading company.

Sejahtera Abadi Mini ERP is a tailored web-based enterprise resource planning system built to streamline day-to-day operations for a trading/office company — inventory tracking, client management, accounts receivable, payment management, transaction audit logs, and book-closing, all in one place.
The company was running core operations — inventory, client records, receivables, and payment tracking — without a centralized system. Financial data needed strict integrity guarantees, and every transaction edit needed to be traceable for accountability, while book-closing and debt-settlement calculations had to be accurate down to the last figure.

I built the application solo end-to-end using Next.js for a seamless, responsive interface, with PostgreSQL on Supabase handling secure, relational financial data. Rather than bolting on logging as an afterthought, I designed comprehensive audit trails into the schema from the start, so every transaction edit is captured with who, what, and when.
The shipped system centralizes inventory tracking, client management, accounts receivable, and payment management under one roof, with a precise automated calculation engine handling book-closing and debt-settlement — modules that previously required manual reconciliation.
