A vanilla-stack marketing site built for speed, SEO, and easy handoff.

A single-page marketing site for Branz Mega Kuningan, a premium apartment development in South Jakarta — built with vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript and deployed as a static site, with a custom "city night" visual identity designed to stand apart from templated real-estate landing pages.
The client needed a fast, SEO-friendly, low-maintenance landing page for a property marketing campaign — no dynamic data, just a single page that had to convert. Competitor research revealed most real-estate landing pages in the space shared the same weaknesses: repetitive layouts, minimal visual hierarchy, and no lead capture path.

Since the scope was purely single-page with no dynamic data, I chose vanilla HTML/CSS/JS over a framework like Next.js — static HTML crawls instantly with no hydration delay, loads at CDN edge speed on Vercel, and stays easy for non-technical stakeholders to maintain. I built a custom visual identity (charcoal-navy with brass accents, Fraunces + Inter typography) instead of reaching for a template, and designed a signature "city windows" interior gallery — a shutter-reveal animation that echoes the product itself: apartments with city views.
The final site ships with a parallax hero, an interactive interior gallery, lead capture forms wired to WhatsApp as the primary conversion channel, and full SEO groundwork — meta tags, sitemap.xml, robots.txt — plus accessibility passes for focus states, alt text, and prefers-reduced-motion.
